The Service

WonderSound provides ambient soundscapes composed from recorded natural and urban sound layers, organized by location and playable through the app. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove content at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial listening.
• Do not attempt to download, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the audio content.
• Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service in violation of applicable laws.

Intellectual property

All sound recordings, imagery, text, and software in the Service are owned by WonderSound or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to stream the content through the Service for personal use.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WonderSound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these terms.
